Dr. Sarah C. Meaker of Meaker & Associates, is a business
development expert, qualified to enhance and develop the
management and business potential that already exists within
organizations a potential frequently under utilized. Sarah has over
20 years of Operations, Leadership, Sales, and Organizational
Development within both domestic and international arenas.
In April 2011, Meaker & Associates launched Institute of Dynamic
Leadership. The Institute is designed to help business owners and
seasoned executives. The process is designed to allow you to
develop and implement sustainable Long-Term behavioral
change. This change will allow you to grow to the next level.
In addition to the Institute Meaker & Associates works with for profit
and non profit organizations to develop leaders and implement
strategic plans. Sarah is certified as a Minority, Women, and
Service Disabled Business with the State of Florida.
Sarah obtained her Ph.D in Leadership and Education with a
Specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry
University in Miami Shores, Florida. Dissertation topic Employee
Receptivity to Change: A Phenomenological Study.
Along with her professional affiliations Sarah is a member of the
Board of Directors for AMI Kids Manatee in Palmetto Florida.
Serves as committee chair for the Education Committee for the
Suncoast Technology Forum.Sarah lives the Sarasota/Bradenton
area.
