Profile
Dr. Sarah C. Meaker managing partner in Meaker & Associates, is
uniquely qualified to help enhance and develop management and
business potential that already exists within organizations - a
potential frequently under utilized.
Prior to founding Meaker & Associates, Sarah had over 17 years
Operations, Leadership Training, and Organizational Development
within both domestic and international arenas. She held Profit
and Loss responsibilities. Some of her areas of expertise included
initiating projects and programs that boosted efficiency and
productivity identified new avenues of business for the
organization. As a hands-on Manager Dr. Meaker developed skills
in analysis, strategic planning, coordination, research,
development, motivation building, and improvement of operations
through policies that promoted creative thinking, and superior
customer loyalty.
Sarah obtained her Ph.D in Leadership and Education with a
Specialization in Human Resource Development from Barry
University in Miami Shores, Florida. She also received a Master of
Science in Instructional Leadership from Neumann College and a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
Along with her professional affiliations Sarah is a member of the
Board of Directors for Junior Achievement in Manatee County, a
member of the Board of Directors for the South Florida Museum
where she chairs the Programing Committee, and a member of
the Board of Directors for the Gulf Coast Marine Institute.
